The Barrington Redevelopment plan provided a framework for the relocation of the Jewel Food Store
and unification of the northwest quadrant of downtown Barrington.

The concept was developed by Stratford Company and adopted by the Village Trustees as the solution to
a decade old problem standing in the way of Downtown Redevelopment.

Woodbridge Square is a 12,000 square foot office and retail center in Barrington, Illinois.  
The center is comprised of an existing residential structure and a new structure with pedestrian courtyard between.

Barrington Plaza is a 20,000 square foot office and retail structure in Barrington, Illinois.
Construction is masonry load bearing perimeter walls, steel frame floor and roof framing with 
precast concrete plank second floor construction.
